Apparently My truck needs a fuel pump (10 psi). Would someone walk me through the process (I do know that the tank comes down), including tools and all parts required? Please note that I am a carpenter, not a mechanic so the more detail the better. My wife would rather I pay someone to do it after my last truck project that was ball joints or the clutch before that both of which took a lot of time. But I don't want to spend the money! Thanks, it's a '95 standard cab short bed 4x4 3.0 5 spd.

there is a search bar in the top right hand corner or u can go to the tech library, im to tired to make a shortcut right now

just pull off the bed and it will be right there i think its possibly 6 bolts not to sure or just take the bolts out and put a couple blocks of wood to support the bed up higher this is the easy way lol i hope this kinda helps and saves you time by not dropping the tank :D good luck

I don't know much....but I'd check a few other things first....

have you changed the in-line fuel filter lately/
is the gas cap working properly/
are any fuel lines pinched along the frame/
is the tank vent-line-charcoalcanister? clogged?
