I've got a 91 ranger with a 91 5.0 swapped into it. It is fuel injected and I was wondering what everyone did for a fuel pump relay.

I use a four prong relay from the local part store $6.99
I wire from the ignition switch to a toggle switch to prong 86
wire a 15amp fuse from the battery terminal post to prong 30
prong 85 to ground
prong 87 to the positive of the pump

I'm running the relay that was hanging on the 1989 Grand Marquis harness when I swapped.

Does your pump run constantly?

It takes away a load off the pump so it will last longer, The fuel pump relay controls the current received by the fuel pump during startup and shutdown.
