Fuel pump relay location?

I'm looking online and getting different answers, can anyone tell me the correct location of the relay? 1998 ranger with the 3.0... from what I'm seeing on some sites it is the one in the back left corner, other sites are saying it's the #5 relay one the fender well side. thanks

Mine is the under the hood and is the back corner relay closest to the driver seat but mine is also a 1999 so it may have changed. You can test it with a jumper wire if you are not sure. The back side of the lid should be labeled with what is what though unless you don't have a lid.
