Starter relay and o2 sensor won’t affect fuel for starting.
Have you checked the fuel pressure relay?
Do you have a multimeter?
Fuel pump power wire should see 12+ volts for about 2 seconds after turning the key. Then that wire should be 0 volts until engine start. One wire on the pump wiring should be hot and one should be ground. There’s also fuel level sensor wires there. I don’t have a book for that new of a truck so I can’t tell you which wires are which, but if you don’t have a good 12v and ground at the pump for the pump, it’s not gonna work and you need to start tracing that circuit back until you find the problem.
