Fuel pump fuse???
Fuel pump fuse???
I cant find a diagram of the fuse boxes in my 07. New long block fired right up yesterday on first test then would not start after a couple times. I dont hear the fuel pump engaging and I am trying to rule out a fuse before I put a fuel pump in.
Any ideas???
thanks!

Which engine?

My 1999 3.0 had a bad fuel pump that would blow the fuse immediately. Changed it out and no issues since.

My fuse is number 18 in the engine compartment, a 20A fuse.

I have no way to identify the fuse number. I also checked all fuses and they are all good. No power to the fuel pump...

sure would help if anyone but you knew what year truck you're dealing with.

Looks to be 93 or newer...

You must have missed where the OP said it’s an 07

If the fuses all check out good…

Either

Bad relay?

Or you have a faulty fuse (yes, I have seen them fail to pass proper current without blowing), bad/damaged wire, tripped/bad fuel shutoff (the one that’s supposed to trip in a wreck or rollover), or something is preventing it from working (the anti-theft system can cut fuel). Gonna have to do some troubleshooting.

Is there an EEC relay involved, like in the older trucks?

I did miss it...

Lemme dig out my manual for my 06.

Might be the same.
