My guess is I've got a qlitch in my computer. I fail to get power to the fuel pump at random times. Like it will go days and run just fine then be dead. Battery has plenty of power. Inertia switch and fuel pump relay have been replaced.

SO:
What I did was put a jumper in the slots in the fuel pump relay with a switch under the dash. When I turn the switch on I bypass the inertia switch and the computer. Truck runs fine.

Question:
Am I missing something. And....am I doing any damage?

Thanks in advance.
