Fuel Pump 2000 98K 5 speed

Guys:
Can't hear fuel pump on key turn. 20 amp fuse is good. Where is the FP relay? How do I test it? Haven't pulled codes yet. Any ideas other than bad FP or FP relay?

There is an inertia switch where the passenger's toes hit, under the carpet. It has a reset button. One of its wires should have 12v for 2 sec when you turn the key to Run. If both do, when it's connected, it's good.

Does the Check Engine light come on when the key is turned to Run?
