Could be a bad fuel pump relay. Either jumper its contacts (B/Y to DG/Y) or run 12v to the inertia switch connector (PK/BK) and see if it runs.

I also had a FP that I had replaced fail a few months after I sold the truck to a guy. He found the 2" section of fuel hose wasn't fuel compatible (came with the pump) and had deteriorated.

Know how to use a meter?

Fuel

Hi, Had A Something Like This Happen To Me. 86 Bronco 2 2.9
I Had Replaced The Fuel Pump And It Was Running Fine.
Stopped At The Bank, And Then It Wouldn't Start!
Used A Large Paperclip To Bypass The inertia Switch (Emergeny Fuel Shut-off) And It Fired Right Up!
Still Runs Great! One Day I'll Replace The Switch.
Did You Replace Your Fuel Filter?
Good Luck.
