About 3 weeks ago my 98 Mazda B4000 started acting up. Felt like it was running out of fuel. Just as quick as it stuttered, it took off again. It has done it only 2 more times since.

I just changed the old fuel filter, and opened the old one up and does look as if it was possibly plugging up but then again, I have seen worse.

Just did a pressure check and the pressure holds steady at 68 psi at both idle and reved up, only dropping about 1 1/2 psi when you initially open the throttle up and goes right back to 68 psi.

My truck has been sitting with the engine off for about 20 mins now and its still holding at 60 psi.

Should I be worried about anything? Looks to be ok, but I guess time will tell.

Oh no codes either. Anything else I should be checking?

Might not be fuel related.

Fuel pump relay in the engine fuse box, it is a standard 12v automotive relay, they are cheap, replace it.
Or swap it with WOT(wide open throttle) relay, should be right next to FP relay, they are the same relay, WOT relay is just used for AC system.

As far as you know has vehicle ever been in an accident?
If so replace inertia switch in passenger footwell
inertia switch can be reset after an accident but should always be replace, as it can cut fuel pump power once it was tripped one time.

Was fuel in the tank near 1/4 or lower when you noticed the cutting out?
Were you cornering during cut outs?
Could be fuel pump itself starting to go out.

Intermittent issue are, of course, hard to ID, you may just need to wait until the part fails or fault becomes more "reliable"
