Fuel pressure

On a 1995 ranger with a 4.0 how can incheck the fuel pressure and what psi should it be. Thank you
 
On the fuel rail there is a schrader valve (looks like a tire valve). You use a pressure gauge that screws onto that valve.

On your 1995 4.0 you should see 35-45 lbs of pressure with key on engine off.
