Fuel Pressure regulator

I am almost done with my 5.0 L swap in my ranger. My only problem now is i need a fuel pressure regulator. Iam using the stock EFI fuel pump, and a carburated motor. My question is, What kind of Regulator should i use? and how much will it cost?

If you have a return setup you will need a return regulator......I used a mallory 3 port return and new it was about 75 bucks.....I put an in-line gauge on it and works great...

Thank you, i knew i needed a return style, but i thought i needed one of the more expesnive models (at least thats what the guy at the store said). The store by my house is having a sale and those regulators were only $60.
