Fuel Pressure question

On a 94 2.3L EFI motor what is the least amount of fuel pressure needed for the injectors to operate? Will they work at say 15-20 lbs psi? I know that this will lean out the A/F and that isn't good for the engine but I plan on adding Hydrogen, not HHO from electrolysis, to correct the lean condition.

Does anyone know if the injectors will work at a lower fuel pressure?
