'89 Bronco II, fuel lines out of tank, one is vertical the other horizontal. one is 5/16 the other 3/8ths. Which one is the supply line to the filter?
 
In the 88, the bigger line is definitely the supply.
 
Thanks men, that's what I figgered. Note to self, never, eve,r tell a friend of a friend "sure I can fix that" before looking at the scope of the mess being discussed!
