I’m looking for some advice

I am replacing the F2TZ-9J338-N Ford Ranger 4.0L fuel return supply line assembly

Currently working to remove mine. This pesky clamp on the frame is the last thing holding the assembly in the truck. It’s deep down below the steering shaft. The bolt was too rusted to remove so I hit it with a punch and started drilling. Because of the limited space it drilled crooked and in the process of trying to make it work, I’ve mangled it pretty good (see pic). I’ve tried drilling it out and no luck. Any thoughts on how to remove this bracket? I’ve also tried an air chisel. It’s too small of a space to fit a pair of cutters in there to cut the bracket off. I’d be willing to buy a tool to help me get this job done easier.

I also have to pull a new assembly from the junkyard so any method would have to be junkyard friendly (no air tools, acetylene torch, etc). Thank you everyone in advance for the advice!

I would try getting at the nut on the bottom side of the frame flange and see if you can loosen that or chisel it off.

It's a bad place to work. I just looked at mine - 93 3.0l. It's designed slightly different, but in the same place. I can't even see the top side of mine without using an inspection mirror. Plus, I have a different (aftermarket) spring/shock tower that extends higher above the frame. I'm afraid you've got a real fight on your hands.
