fuel Injectors!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well we are getting fuel up to the engine but now it wants to back fire, we are wondering if a couple of fuel injectors are clogged and if so if you are able to clean them or need to get new ones. we are getting great pressure after putting in the new regulator, so now the truck wants to start but unable too..

double check all of you spark plug wires at the distributor. make sure they;re all on at the right spot. then check your TDC #1. it should not be back firing unless you have a timing issue.

I agree with checking timing, I had trouble with a 3L 1990 and had found that when I checked plug wires, they were all wrong, and the distributor was off 2 teeth, when all was back to NORMAL it ran fine, and re timed it to make sure it was OK.
