fuel injector

hi guys new here got some questions on a 2.9 fuel injection. My first one is what is the optimum heat that the headers should be at? The second one is at idle the truck "pops" like a firecracker. done some fuel injector cleaning and the passenger side stopped popping but the driver side is still popping??

are you sure the "fire cracker" sound is not sticky lifters.

Popping? Like back firing?..

yeah its sounds like its backfiring pretty constant. This afternoon we started it up again and after a little bit it started to sound decent. But it runs chopper and now only the driver side header is doing the popping.
