Does any really bother with fuel additives? I was at the dealership the other day and noticed that ford has there own Fule injector cleaner I forget what the cost was but in general I have always just stayed away from that stuff, horror stories I guess?

Its all snake oil. Some do a decent job but not worth the money in my opinion.

I put a can of Seafoam in the fuel tank once a year now, $8

My '94 4.0l was running rough, not real bad, just would miss randomly once in a while, changed plugs and wires, no change, cleaned MAF, no change.
Put some seafoam in and after a few days it started to get better, so now it's once a year.

Snake oil? well dress me up and call me Mary, I still think it works :)

Seafoam can work some magic as well as techron, I've had seafoam bring stuff back from the dead
