fs10 compressor shaft seal

the title says it. my compressor is leaking at the shaft, then all the oil is thrown all over under the hood. where is the seal in the compressor?? does anyone have a diagram?? also i cant seem to find a parts shop with the part?? not even an online shop. any help would be great. its warming up and i cant afford to keep putting more r134 in it, it may only be 9-10 bucks a can but it all adds up.

The seal is behind the clutch assy. Most do not repair compressors, they exchange them. Make sure the screws holding the compressor together are tight. They will leak if loose. shady

the ford dealers have recently been required to replace shaft seals as opposed to exchanges with a reman. thay should have the tools and it may save you alot of money
