Frustrating dash and tail light problem

I was in the process of removing my dash and stereo to replace both items.

All was going well until the accessory fog lamp switch that had been wired for UK legal reasons in my US model truck (by the previous owner) must have shorted internally as I was ripping the dash out :-)

I now have no dash or tail lights, stop and headlamps all work OK.

I have looked in both fuse boxes and even swapped out a couple of fuses even though they were OK. all to no avail still no dash or tail tail lights :-(

Can anyone advise what I might be missing please?

Are there perhaps other fuses that I don't know about??

Any assistance would be appreciated please :-)

replace the bulbs in your taillights, if im correct they run off the same power source that the dash lights do so when a tailight goes out the dash lights go out with it so you dont drive around without noticing your burnt out taillights.
