i have tried baby oil, vasiline, wd 40, dish soap

thanks bob

Heat. I think the bigger question is why are they freezing, and if its that cold out, why are you opening them.

they freeze up from frost

sorry i have to state the obvious, i live in a land that has snow
i open the windows so i can order my coffee at the drive thru
and i like to change the air in the cab after my dog farts

due to the frost i am unable to open the windows till the sun warms it up or i run the truck for a long period of time

bob in canada land of snow and mesquitoes

I usually wait until my dog farts and then rub his butt against the window...nothing like hot butt fur to clear a window...

You might try parking under a shelter over night if possible...that keeps the condensation off the windows and they clear much easier...or park under a tree...or feed your dog plenty of F-matter and leave it in the cab overnight...

New weatherstripping and seals. Water is getting inside the door.

Or get a spray bottle of de-icer windshield fluid and hose around the sides of the window before you leave.

Don't use the recycle air option for the heater only use outside air. This will help keep the moisture down.

Keep the inside of the windows SPOTLESS I kid you not. If there is less dirt and dust on the inside of the glass the condensing water has a harder time sticking to the glass.

Also crack the window 1/8th of a inch when you shut the truck off for the night. this will allow the heated and Moisture laden air OUT of the truck instead of condensing on the inside of the windows.

I also tend to drive in the winter with the passenger side window cracked 1/8th of a inch all the time so as to do the exact same while I am In the cab driving and things are heating up like the snow on the floor. as is starts to evaporate it gets sucked out the window instead of building up and turning into frost on the inside on those extra cold days. Since your somewhere in Canada you know those days, the ones where you hand without a glove can freeze to the door => those don't happen too often in Ottawa. But if you are living in Timmins Ontario you know what im talking about =>
