ok i just rebuilt a 94 block and 96 cylinder head i had it running then pop camshaft froze in the head. will a 96 cylinder head not work on a 94 block? is the oiling different?:icon_surprised:

Yes,it will bolt on and work, the problem is that the manifold is different and you have a couple different bolt hole that hold on the coils and such.If you had a frozen camshaft, you probably had a oil port plugged in the head, best bet is to use a 89-94 head
