New tires, shocks, and alignment 8 months ago everythings fine.

Today I see left side tire has upper tire in and lower tire is out. Like a squat.

Rubber bushings are all good. She looks level from the front.

2002 XLT 2WD with 100K.

Should I start looking for springs?

I think you've mistaken terms here. Toe (either in or out) has to do with the parallel orientation from a top down perspective.

What your describing is camber, its the parallel orientation of the tire from a head on perspective. If the tire is canted in at the top and out at the bottom, then you're seeing negative camber. Camber can be corrected with an alignment. I seriously doubt you're getting front spring sag in the front on a 2002 truck.
