The fab shop lists this part.
Dana 35 TTB Spindle P/N 707341X
It states,"1993-1994-1/2 Ford Explorer With ABS"

Anyone know if it is the same for 1996 RANGER with ABS?
I sent e-mail to sales, but it's the weekend now :-(

They are not the same. 1995 and up Explorers use a unit bearing setup in the front.

The part listed above will only work in 1991-1994 Explorers, and Rangers and Bronco IIs with a Dana 35 TTB.

Since your name has a 96' Ranger under it, I'll asume that is what you're reffering to.

I wouldn't think they'd be different. I have a set off a 96' Ranger, if you're interested.

Yes, interested

I would be interested in 1996 Ranger spindles and any auto locking hub parts.
An inner bearing wore down to nothing which damaged my right front spindle and auto hub.
I "cleaned" up the parts with sandpaper and files, re-assembled with new seals and bearings.
I figure the rotor/hub seal will be worn out in a month.
Does your spindle have the ABS sensor cutout and threaded hole?

Here's all the RBV TTB numbers so you can compare.

Still puzzled

Well, I'm still trying to get a response from TRS FAB & OFF ROAD.
Anyone have a telephone number for the "salesman"?

I guess this would be me.

Take a look at:

http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/pdf_documents/Dana_Ford_35.pdf

707341X is listed as the spindle kit for BOM 610410.

BOM 610410 is the 1993 - 1994-1/2 Ford Explorer Dana 35.

BOM 610483 is the Dana 35 in a 1995-1997 Ranger.

BOM 610483 does not list a spindle kit, but dis list the part number for the spindle which is 44608.

Go back and look at the 610410 axle. It lists the part number for the spindle as 44608.

That spindle kit (707341X) includes a spindle, seal and some type of spacer.

You are probably mainly concerned about the spindle, and it will fit on your 1996 Ranger.

Now I need this part for Dana 35...
It's the part of the auto hub that stays on the spindle when the aluminum hub is pulled from the lug studs.
Anyone have one for sale?
