front signal lights not working

having problems with the signal lights,97 b2300.bulbs are good.one side went first then the other side about a week later.could it be a ground or something else.thanks

ok the marker lights/bulbs are good but the signal isnt working,checked the fuses and all is good.rear signals working but flashing real fast like theres no power going to the front signal lights.i've been following the electrical diagram and theres power in the light green/white wire and white/lt blu wire for the signals.the tester is flashing.is there a turn signal relay near the radiator up front somewhere? wiring isnt my strong point and i could really use some tips/advice cause i need it safetied by friday or else i get a $172 fine.

Could be with the switch because the contacts sometimes get dirty. I don't know if the switch is on the steering column or the dash but I think there must be a way to clean it.
