does anyone know how tight the upper shock bolt is supposed to be on the front shocks of a 94 4x4? should they be a little loose so you can just pivot it with your hand or really tight so there is no movement at all?
 
tight enuff to be tight, but not so tight that you smush your bushing.

dose that make sense to you?
