Just finished putting the truck back together, and refilling all fluids.
Ended up spending around 200$ bought a new torque converter front seal filter and fluid.

During the deconstruction, I noticed the front seal wasn't actually blow out around the rubber part, but the whole thing was pushed out from the bell housing. Is this common? I know the front seal blowout is. I ordered another trans fluid cooler, when I get it and add it in line, I repost with the results.
Thanks for everyones advice!

Yes I fought this on my A4LD it's caused by back pressure in the cooling circuit. My cause was an inline filter put in by the P.O. it takes way less resistance than I thought it should.I think the other thing that happens is it rolls the rubber lip on the seal loses all your fluid and stops you in your tracks.

Greetings,

The cause of seal blowout is not back pressure in the cooler circuit. It is caused by excessive clearance between the convertor neck and the pump bushing. This excess clearance allows fluid under pressure to bleed into the cavity behind the seal. There is a drainback hole in this cavity, but if it cannot handle the fluid buildup, pressure results which can push the seal out.
