Any trick to pulling the passengers side axle shaft seal out on a 2003 f350 dana 60 front? That bitch is deep in there and I don't wanna pull the stupid carrier to do it...

Never tried it on a dana 60 front inner, but it might work. I screw in some self tappers that are small enough to catch the metal rim and go in just enough to get a bite, and use the screw heads as pry/pull points to finagle it out. Otherwise enough dremel slices to mangle it out.

"Don't force it, get a bigger hammer."

The seal is approximately 3.5’ down inside a 2.5” ID tube.

I've decided to ignore it and pretend it doesn't exist. I'm not pulling the effin carrier...
