front end noise

I noticed yesterday that there was a squeeking noise coming from the front of my truck. I replaced the brakes about 6 months ago so, I know its not the brakes. I checked the front suspension any everything is ok. Anybody got an idea of what it could be? Bearing mabey?

We need more info, like when it does it.. While turning, stopping, etc.

If it sounds like a chirping bird it could be a bearing, if it sounds like nails on a chalkboard its your brakes if it sounds like bed springs its bushings or your coils

It does it mostly while driving straight. I havent heard it while turning. It does it sometimes while stopping.
