Front Diff. oil change ?


yeah, that is ideal. But I am not pulling the axle to drain the fluid, that is just plain stupid

Call it OCD but I’d rather see where the drill bit is going to end up and be able to remove any metal shavings that might get in the housing. Then again, the residual oil still in the differential might wash it out when you bore through.

I look at it being a one shot deal that you or I would never have to do again but just because I see it that way doesn’t mean everyone else does.

I plan on getting the most bang for the buck out of the job by regearing and installing a Torsen LSD while the axle is down.
