I have a 2009 ranger and I have been having oil coming out the breather tube. I wonder if my problem is unique or if other owners have had this problem.
check the oil by removing the fill plug, if a whole bunch of oil comes out drain it all (use a suction gun or pump or something through the fill plug) and see if there is a bunch of water in it, that's about the only reason that it would overflow.
Thank you for your responce I think I have an isolated problem. Ford has decided to replace my front differential with 5000 miles on it, oil kept coming out breather tube and I wanted to see if others had this problem. Level was not to high and this one stumped me. Dealer said oil was splashing but I think otherwise.
