anyone have any ideas on how to raise front bumper on 91 ranger after 3 inch body lift?

There are brackets you can make to lift it up. I am not sure if they are still available to buy though. Basically get some plate steel 3/16 thick approximately 3"x8", drill 2 holes that match up with the bumper mount. Now drill 2 more holes diagonally 2 1/2 inches higher on the other side of the bracket.

sell the body lift and get a suspension lift solves your problem and is more functional
