Front brake rotor overheats

Hey Buddy, Did you figure out what was causing the brake dragging and heating up? I have the same problem on just the left side. Right side spins freely. I put new rotor, bearing, caliper with bracket, brake pads, hardware and hose. When I hit my brakes its drags when i turn it by hand. If i break the bleeder open and take all pressure off the system it still drags. Pull the caliper and rotor spins fine. Don't know what to do next.

Doubt you'll get a reply from the OP, this thread is 10 years old, those members are no longer active.....

It happens a lot, I've had it happen on another Vehicles also. Pick up a new set of hoses I can almost guarantee one of the two are bad they look perfectly fine on the outside but they collapse on the inside

He says he replaced the hose. That was my best solution, too.
