well i just finished putting my lift on, i thought i had the extednded lines for the front but i dont. i have heard that f350 brake lines are exactally the same? just longer than the ranger lines. is this true? can i just pick up the
f350 hose and swap it in without any modifications?

ive seen alot of people on here with the f350 lines, i used the procomp braided lines myself, try searching

Always check the tech library first:

I personally have done this, much easier and fairly cheap too:

i have looked on there, but since the driver side line doesnt split off for the pass side, how did you split it?
i looked there before posting but i just want to keep it close to stock, thats when i remembered about a 1991 f350 line, and i just want to know if it is long enough while still mounting at the stock location, i am going to the parts store today so i will compare them, but just wanted to know before i go.

I found a splitter and a short piece of hard line at a friendly parts place, you know the parts place that's been around for 50 years;

You'll have to turn your head sideways..... don't look too long are you'll get a crick in the neck;

And it's a good idea to attach a spring to the flex line to prevent it from rubbing against the tire. Go ahead, ask how I know! I don't have a pic but crimp the end of a spring [1/2" x 4" approx.] around the hose and attach the other end to the upper spring mount.

I used the hoses in the above mentioned article, "submitted by Bob" ; Raybestos: BH 38622, BH 38623
