Friend gave me a Flowmaster..Should I?

I was talking to a friend today and we were talking about my truck. He was complimenting the new wheels and all and then we started talking about exhaust. Well he pulls out this and says I can have it:

He wasn't sure what kind it was, but he did know that it was double baffle, seems like me mentioned something about "Delta". Anyone know which seies it is from the pic?

I was pondering juts having my stock muffle removed and replaced with this...opinions?

EDIT: Ive been told its either a Delta 40 or 44.
