Today the dump is free and I need the truck!

I figure the last time it was on the road it was overheated. I towed it home.

Today, I put a new ignition control module on, new distributor cap and rotor, and cranked it but it wouldn't start and there is no spark.

What next?

Did you install a battery?

Jokes aside, check your wire with volt meter (OHM function) and make sure there in good order, also check the plugs, how could you tell there was no spark? As you ruled out ICM and Coils, it could be a bad wire, or fuel not getting injected. The trinity Fuel+Air+Ignition=combustion, If it overheated to much there could be IMD, next question is why did it overheat?
