found a b2 chillin in a field. all i have is the vin number. no plates on vehicle. the local dmv wont release the titled owners name even with the proper forms. how can i get the owners name.

Find it on a map, then head to the county courthouse. Should be easy enough to find out who owns the field. Probably a good bet that if they don't own it, they know who does.

Curtis is right on that stuff. I had to find out the owners of some neighboring property that is 1000 miles away. Knew the location and was able to find it on a county ownership map. Once done just did a people search. You got it a lot easier being close and able to check records at courthouse.
