Foul plug

Anybody have any ideas about fouling out only one plug? Changed heads 55,000 miles ago and the last 6 months my number six plug keeps fouling out. It seems like every couple of weeks. Now it happened just a few days. Buddy says might be a bent valve. Not sure. Any ideas? Thanks for the feedback.

Did you change the plug wires as well?

Sounds like oil is getting past either a valve seal or piston rings, or else the fuel injector is spritzing too much fuel.
