Ford Service is a JOKE!

Ford can blow me, any time I've called them up asking for parts relating to axles even when I've told them the exact fucking application. "I need a rear u joint flange for a 91 2wd ranger 2.3 5 speed", "I'm going to need a rear end tag number" Same thing when I called up about the drivers axle seal for my D35, tried to tell me he needed the diff tag numbers, jesus christ all 1st gen explorers are D35s=all the goddamn same, they don't know their heads from their asses.

I've had that same problem before. Trying to get a 20tooth speedo gear to replace my stock 21tooth gear. They were asking me all sorts of info that wasn't needed. I finally went to their desk and told them to print all the speedo gears that were available and pointed to the one I needed. I had a recent problem with a little $0.50 part. Trying to replace a little rubber bump stop for the clutch pedal. They told me, in order for them to get that part, I would have to order the whole pedal assablemly. No way am I replacing $300 worth for maybe a $1 part. Napa had the part.
