Please help out! I have a Ford ranger 1998 3.0 xlt manual transmission, trucks starts barley but idles roughly, when given gas truck spits and sputters. Zero amount of power, but does not die, hooked up my fuel pressures gauges and I am reading 42 psi, which seems low to me. the amount of information online that is incorrect is absolutely mind bottling, what I have changed is fuel pump, fuel filter, 1 fuel injector, idle air control valve, coolant tempature sensor, I'm running 2 codes from the reader, any advice or information would help.
ps-regarding the codes, tested o2 sesnor #13 fuse, works, and checked for breaks on wires, egr valve is not stuck, cleaned it, tested the flapper and put it back in, getting 5v on one wire on egr sensor and .4 on another one, sensor seems fine. I've done countless research but some research is from non creditable sources.
