I bought a window motor from LMC truck, and the instructions said to just cut the wires and replace the plug if it is not the right one, so thats what I did. However now the up button makes my window go down and vice versa. Should I switch the cables? Put the red with yellow and yellow with red? As i have it right now it is red with red and yellow with yellow.

Well i ask cause i dont know if i do it will burn the motor

I really feel like this is something that shouldn't have to be explained, but here goes.

To go up the motor turns one way. To go down it turns the other way. Since it is a DC system power has to flow in both directions to get the motor to turn in different directions.
Flipping the wires is not going to damage the motor because it is not going to change the direction power flows through it during operation since it already goes both ways, depending on if you are asking for up or down. The only thing flipping the wires does is change which button you hit to make it go a given direction, and you already have it backwards as evidenced by your statement about the operation of the window switch.

Also, please work on basic grammar, punctuation, and capitalization. Your posts are somewhat difficult to understand.
