Ford Pass

Points for what? :icon_confused:

If you buy a new Ford vehicle, like a Ranger - be it a base XL or a Lariat, you get 40,000 points. That'll get you 3 dealer oil changes, or accessories from Ford.

Folks are so used to trading their privacy for "rewards" they never take the time to read just what it is they have given up.

While reading this thread I wondered about the number of fleet trucks that got activated by the company, be some heads rolling over that one

reminds me of the movie “maximum overdrive “, makes pre-computer vehicles all that more appealing.

Man, I prefer pre-computer Everything! Including vehicles, but also Google(telephones are actually just a side note now to our handheld computers, and Google owns everything Android), Alexa, Smart(ass) TVs and refrigerators(uhmm, and door-bells), guess I'll also throw "big brother" under that bus too(from the movie "1984")

The only thing that makes me slightly curious about activating FordPass in mine is the idea that maaaaaaybe Ford can update the Sync system to react a bit quicker.

But that's a BIG slightly.

Thanks for the link.
