They look like they should, wondering if Ford Performance is really making them available again.

They do fit but these are missing the external EGR fitting that the '98' newer require. The '96-97' Explorers had internal EGR thru the intake.

My motor will be a 96-97..

I'm going to call them tomorrow and see if they have them. I clicked add to cart and I was ready to check out but decided I better make sure they fit first..

Just a little fyi... I paid $600 for s10 swap headers before, they were longtubes.. but still yet

I haven't called about those headers yet.. but just got off the phone with James Duff headers and they said their longtubes will work on a 98 .. anyone can confirm that?

No go on the Ford headers.. they said they will try to update the website

Dang I was getting excited too putting a 97 mountaineer motor in a 2000 ranger. Just not available or did they have them mis marked or???

Did find out that headman shorties DO work on 98 and up 2wd. Tight, but does work. Duff headers also said their longtube will work..

I don't like those.. But thats a good deal for someone
