Ford 302 Oil Pan - Help!


4 bolts for the pulley.

i'll see if i can snap a picture of the hole. it looks stock.. definatly not a custom drilled hole (at least from what it looks like to me)
 
Well that is certainly a '68' casting. Don't think Ford went to the four bolt dampener till '70-72". Got a casting number on the dampener? Hard telling what's really in that block. That hole you show looks like it was burned in there. Dhould look like below

so, after looking under the truck and reading concerns about the rear sump vs dual sump... the ONLY crossmember under there that could potentially get in the way... would be the transmission crossmember...

there is no other crossmember :-) could be good and bad... but this allows me to add in my own if so needed after the 302 is put in.
