Ok so I run some gadgets to make sure things are running smoothly. Well Vista Ultimate, which is what I was running prior to 7, used 45%+ RAM. 7 uses 40%ish. It boots up alot faster. Needless to say it has been the best $20 I have spent on my computer in some time. Eventually I am going to upgrade my laptop but I will deal with what I have.

im going to devry college and i checked on the MS website were they were selling the Windows 7 home for 25$ and i put in my email address for my devry email and BAM! got it for 25$ HELL YEA! but i cant download it til OCT 22

MSDNAA through my university has almost all Microsoft programs available for free download, as long as you're a student. I just checked, and 7 x86 and x64 are both available right now.
