flywheel problems

Im having problems figuring out which flywheel I need for my 5.0. I have a 1980 block that was in the truck when I bought it, and the guy I bought it from gave me a t-5 from an 86 mustang that he promised me would work with the setup. Now as I'm getting ready to start the install, I find out that theres two different types of flywheels available for 302s. Does anyone have any info on this? Can I even use this tranny/clutch setup?

As long as you use the stock flywheel that came with the '80' motor, you should have no problem. You will need the one with the 28 oz balance.
