I haven't seen it on the site but it would be nice if there were a listing of fluid capacities and specifications for our trucks in the info section. :icon_idea:

Good idea. Here's the info for a 1997 Ford Ranger:

That's for older models I think, if we could get each year model that would be nifty.

Yeah, pretty much all the important ones, engine, trans, axles stay the same through the end of production.

I guess they downsized the tank about a gallon because I only have a 19.5.

The tank sizes did change dramatically and frequently over the years, but who cares about tank capacity? When the needle says E it's empty, when the pump goes "click" it is full.

It also makes a cha ching on your wallet.

You aren't spending any more if you fill it all at once or $10 at a time.

Indeed, I do like to fill it up where it's the cheapest.

I like to fill up where it's convenient. Fortunately for me the best price in our area is usually the Sun-ho-co across the street from my job.

The thing that really gets me though. We have 3 Sunoco station in 4 miles, almost in a straight line (you have to go over a block to hit the middle one), and the prices are never the same.

I wonder if there all separately owned and they get there gas from different companies. I haven't seen Sunoco station in forever, I didn't think they existed anymore.

Sunoco is about all we have here in my area. Between Selinsgrove and Williamsport (about a 50 mile stretch of road we have 10 Sunocos, 2 Sheetz, 1 Valero and a handful independent stations.

It specs " 4x4 lube" for the D 35. What is that? I just filled with 80w90 . Should I be concerned?
