Flip Shackle Hanger w/ 1.5" Drop

Just made these for a guy that is doing a shackle flip and he wanted a 1.5" drop hanger. I am actually pretty exited to build some for my ranger now.

Just need some finishing touches.

lincoln 180, does pretty good for the modest price. Too bad I'm rusty on mig welding, but I guess thats what happens when you TIG weld for a while and decide to switch over.

How thick of sheet metal did you use?

Forgot to add... I have a plate that goes on the bottom that hits the frame, but I will let the installer weld it on(just in case he moves the hanger up/down)
