Hello everyone, I'm sure I will gain a lot of knowledge from everyone on this site since I'm new here. I bought my grandson a 1994 Ford Ranger extended cab with a 3.0 L engine and I'm wondering how to remove and replace the valve cover gaskets. I've got the passenger side cover off and have taken the bolts off the intake, I believe there were 4 bolts to it. Is there anymore to it than that cause I can't get it to budge. Any suggestions would be very helpful to me. Thanks to all and a Happy New Year to all of you.

Welcome to TRS Johnny!

This is generally the introduction area and you may have better results in answers by either posting the question in the 3.0 engine section below or simply searching using one of the search tools.

I know on the 2.3 there are about 10 bolts holding down the valve cover but can't remember how many were on the 92 3.0 I had in my possession for a short time....

If nobody else provides the correct answer here you can always try the other area...either way I'm sure the answer will be here for you...
