Flashers won’t work

I just did a front end conversion in my truck the stock 1994 had 3 wire turn signals a brown black and white with blue stripe and the 2001 signals I used were 2 wire a white with blue stripe and black how should I wire them all of my turn signals won’t work but hazards do what should I do?

On the surface, it sounds like your turn signal flasher might need to be replaced or there's a problem with the multi-function switch. The only difference between turn signals and hazard signals on the '94 wiring is which flasher is used, switch position and how many lights flash. Youre original signal bulbs had 2 elements - one for steady light and one to flash.

The black wire is your ground.
The brown wire is steady power from light switch for parking lights/corner marker lights.
The lighter wire with stripe should be the wire that pulses to make the lights flash.

I know these diagrams say "1983 to 1989" but your '94 will be very similar if not identical.

Thanks I wasn’t sure I’ll try it when I get a flasher I couldn’t read the diagram I’m not great with them but what you said helped a lot I’m 15 and building the truck how I want it and I couldn’t figure that out

I did what you said and it was the flasher I rewired it and they work now
