Flareside tailgate lights??

i was looking at getting a LED tailgate light bar. But have a 98 flaresside bed. the light bars only come in 60'' and 49''. i have about 46'' on frame under the tailgate. i was just wondering if there is a special light bar to get or if there is a mod i can do to make it fit. any ideas?

I was on Underdog Performance a month or so ago and saw they took a small truck version and modified it to fit the stepside bed. I'm thinking about getting one myself.
